Background:
Nick was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He started racing Quads when he was 5 years old, and he raced in the division until he was 17 years old. After getting injured badly in a racing accident, Nick's dad told him that he wanted to move to a division that had a roll cage and safety belts. As a result he moved his first Modified as his senior project in high school and has been racing Modifieds ever since.
