Runner-up finish in USRA show at Deer Creek

Jake made a pair of starts over the weekend, one in his IMCA car and one in his USRA car.

Thursday night, at the Hancock County Speedway in Britt, IA for the Night of 1000 Stars, Jake raced from 6th to 3rd in his heat race before starting 15th in the night's feature and racing to a 6th place finish.

Saturday night, the team made the trip to the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Mn and picked up a pair of runner up finishes. He ran 2nd in his heat from the outside of row one and then backed it up with a runner up finish in the main event, after starting 4th.
