Jake O'Neil battles bad luck with USMTS at Hamilton County

Jake was in USMTS action at the Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, Iowa over the weekend but had a weekend he and the team would just as soon forget. Thursday night, he did not finish his heat race after major issues forced him to retire from that event, so the team got the backup car out, raced from 14th up to 8th in the b-main and then started 25th in the feature and raced into the top ten, only to break a driveshaft, ending his night. Friday, he raced from 7th up to 4th in his heat race, then started on the pole of the b, but fell out of action in that event, only to take a provisional and charge from 23rd up to 4th before getting collected in a late race altercation, ending a great run and his night early.
