Nick returns to dirt with runner-up finishes at Deuce of Clubs Thunder Raceway

Nick hopped behind the wheel of his #88N IMCA Modified for the first time in 2024 over the weekend and raced to a pair of runner up finishes for his efforts.

He made the trek to the Deuce of Clubs Speedway in Show Low, Arizona for the track's 2 day event and after a 6th to 5th run in his heat on Friday, he started 9th in the night's feature race and worked his way forward up to finish second.

Saturday was more of the same. He started 6th in his heat and ran third and then raced from 10th up to finish 2nd for the second night in a row. Not bad for not being in the car for nearly 2 years.
